here is how to get most of the acheivements:
1. get the guy 100% drunk for "town drunk"
2. get 100% "will to live" in last mission for "good sport"
3. beat the missions to unlock the others except "easter egg"

Its ok, but not great. should add more weapons, increase the ammo stock amount, have melee combat option (for close by enemies), and add body armor to the buy menu. otherwise a pretty good shooter.
